AGREEMENT INFO
1. ALL FINAL PAYMENT IS TO BE MADE IN CASH OR MONEY ORDER ONLY!!
2. All Puppies are sold with APRI papers. If you were approved for FULL AKC papers...you
will get your papers after the last puppy in that litter has sold and ONLY those approved for
FULL AKC in that litter will then be registered and your papers forwarded when they arrive.
ALL PUPPIES SOLD WITH FULL AKC: BUYER AGREES TO REGISTER PUPPY WITH
GCK’S IN FRONT OF THE NAME!! Example: GCK’s Rocky Road or GCK’s Crystal Clear!!
3. Puppy is in GOOD health at time of sale. You will be supplied a Florida Health Certificate
with your puppy stating this! You have 48 hours to get your puppy checked by a Licensed
Veterinarian (BUYER PAYS FEE). If puppy should fail exam...written documentation
from your vet on your vets letterhead is required with your vets contact info. You may be
required to have BREEDER’S vet examine said puppy ( BREEDER PAYS FEE) before
replacement or FULL refund is given. You must return said puppy with any and all
papers/documentation given within 5 days of sale. Breeder will Replace ro Refund at
BREEDER”S DISCRETION!! Remember - Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE!!
4. We will not guarantee against conditions such as Alopecia, Demodex Mange, Hypoglycemia,
Coccidiosis, Guardia, Parvo, Parasites, Viral and Bacterial Infections, Mites, Fleas, or Ticks.
These conditions are treatable and are found almost everywhere! Protect your puppy as you
would your own children!! ~*Coats on dilute colored Dachshunds will not be covered in any
guarantee as Dilute Alopecia can occur! We do not breed Dilute to Dilute for this reason, as
doing so can cause puppies to have Dilute Alopecia and we are trying to better the breed!!*~
5. Warranty on puppy is limited to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER ONLY!! If you - the original
purchaser - can’t keep this puppy. BREEDER requires it returned to us!! Our puppies are not
sold for RE-SALE PURPOSES!! No Refunds will be given. We may refund a portion of
re-sale amount if puppy is returned up-to-date on ALL vet exams/shots/de-wormings/heart worm
preventative/kennel cough, is on a quality flea preventative, etc. and in GOOD overall condition
when returned...but AT BREEDER’S DISCRETION! We WILL NOT REFUND anything if
signs of neglect or animal cruelty is found! We want our puppies safe and not end up in shelters
or in worse conditions! We just want to know where our pups are!
6. Environmental issues and differences with each household and yard can cause many puppies
allergies, skin and coat problems, etc. We ask that you keep your puppy on Nu-Vet Plus Canine
Vitamins! These vitamins can and will strengthen your puppies immune system and help fight
of over 50 major illnesses/diseases, INCLUDING but not limited to HIP AND ELBOW
DISPLASIA WITH GOLDEN RETRIEVERS and BACK ISSUES WITH DACHSHUNDS!!
We HIGHLY recommend keeping your puppy on Nu-Vet Vitamins! Keep your puppy safe and
happy and out of the vet’s office!! BEST VITAMIN WE HAVE FOUND!!
7. Micro-chipping is available for $25.00. This is the only way you will ever get your pet back if
you lose him/her or he/she gets stolen! This is proven way to get them home to you! Maybe not
right away, but it happens, even years later! PLEASE GET THEM MICRO-CHIPPED!!
A. If you do not have someone who lives far enough away from you, that in case of a
major disaster, such as tornado or hurricane, should threaten or strike you...that they are far
enough away from you that they are to be clear of it...YOU MAY WANT TO USE
GENTRY’S CELTIC KENNELS AS YOUR ALTERNATE CONTACT!! We want our puppies
to be able to return home to YOU...and not be in shelters, even if only a few days!!
B. Micro-chipping is usually done prior to your arrival for pick-up. If you have any
questions about Micro-chipping, please ask us and we will wait until you arrive to chip them.
This way you can see exactly what it is and we can show you how it works as well!

remember, these puppies are babies too, and need a lot of attention and love from you! If, for
any reason, you have any questions...whether in a few days, weeks, months, or even years
later...PLEASE CALL US and we will answer anything you need! We bring them into this
would and we will be there for them until they cross over the Rainbow Bridge!
