2. All puppies are sold without papers or with APRI pet papers (breeder’s choice). If you are getting papers, be sure to check with us to find out which ones you are getting. APRI papers will either be given to you at pick-up or be mailed to you if they are not here by pick-up time. If you were approved for FULL AKC papers, your papers will be sent out after the last puppy in the litter has sold and only those whom are approved for FULL AKC will be registered, and your papers forwarded when they arrive here. ALL PUPPIES SOLD ON FULL AKC: BUYER AGREES TO REGISTER PUPPY/DOG WITH GCK’S IN FRONT OF THEIR CHOSEN NAME. Example: GCK’s Rocky Road or GCK’s Crystal Clear

3. Puppy is in good health at time of sale. You will be provided a Florida Health Certificate

With your puppy stating this! You have 48 hours to get your puppy check by a LICENSED Veterinarian (buyer pays vet fees). If puppy/dog should FAIL their exam, written documentation from Your vet on Your vet’s letterhead is required with your vet’s contact info on it! You may be required to have Breeder’s Vet examine said puppy/dog (breeder pays vet fees) BEFORE replacement or FULL refund is given. You must return puppy/dog and ALL papers/documentation given including papers within 5 days of SALE DATE. Breeder will replace or refund at BREEDER’S DISCRETION. Remember - DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE!

4. We will not guarantee against conditions such as Alopecia, Mange, Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis, Parvo, Giardia, Parasites, Viral and Bacterial Infections, Mites, Fleas, or Ticks once puppy leaves my property. These are found almost everywhere and some are treatable! PROTECT YOUR PUPPY AS YOU WOULD YOUR CHILDREN UNTIL ALL VACCINES HAVE BEEN GIVEN!! You never know what your puppy will come across!!

5. Warranty is limited to ORIGIONAL PURCHASER ONLY. If you, the original purchaser can NO LONGER keep this puppy/dog, Breeder requires it returned UNLESS you have written approval from the BREEDER. Our puppies are not sold for re-sale purposes!! No refunds will be given. We may refund a portion of resale amount if puppy/dog is returned up-to-date on ALL vet exams/vaccines/de-wormings/ heartworm preventative/is on quality flea control and is in GOOD overall condition when returned to us…BUT AT BREEDER’S DISCRETION. WE WILL NOT REFUND ANYTHING IF SIGNS OF NEGLECT OR ANIMAL CRUELTY IS FOUND!! We want our puppies safe and not in shelters or in worse conditions. We just want to know where our puppies are!

6. Environmental issues and differences with each household and yard can cause puppies allergies, skin and coat problems, etc. We ask you that you keep your puppy on Nu-Vet Plus Canine Vitamins. These vitamins can and will strengthen your puppies immune system and help them fight over 50 MAJOR illnesses/diseases INCLUDING but not limited to hip and elbow displasia with golden retrievers or keeshonds and back issues in dachshunds! We HIGHLY recommend keeping your puppy on Nu-Vet Vitamins. Keep your puppy safe, happy and OUT OF THE VETS OFFICE with Nu-Vet Vitamins. BEST WE HAVE FOUND!!

7. Micro chipping is available for $60.00. This is the only way you will ever get your pet back if you lose them or if they get stolen! This is a proven way to get them home to you. Maybe not right away in some cases but it happens, even years later! PLEASE GET THEM MICRO-CHIPPED!!

8. Unless you have received FULL AKC PAPERS (breeding/showing rights), you are agreeing to have this puppy/dog spayed/neutered prior to 1^st birthday or within 1 year. Failure to have this done will be considered breech of contract and can be prosecuted in court of law. There are enough unwanted pets. Spay/Neuter yours!
