| We breed healthy and happy Miniature Dachshunds. Sometimes, we will have some that will be more Tweenie size. We sell our puppies to people who are wanting a loving, happy, and healthy family pets. Occasionally we will have some puppies that we will offer on FULL AKC for breeding/showing purposes. It is not often though. Full AKC registration is an additional fee and must be agreed to prior to sale! Our dogs are not kept in cages! We have a 3 acre dog yard for them. When it is not too hot, they have free run all together to play in the pool or dig in the dirt or simply just chase each other! We let our dogs be dogs but at the same time, our babies! We spoil our dogs very much. At night, our dogs come in the house with us, so we know where they are and that they are safe! We always welcome puppy visits by appointment ONLY! Please DO NOT visit other breeder's kennels, pet stores, or even homes with puppies and then come to our home. We want to keep ALL of our adults and puppies free from any kind of contagious diseases and you will be unaware of the germs that can and will be carried in on your shoes, clothes, hands, etc. We try our best to protect them from all possible contamination. We can't protect them from everything, but we can sure try our best! Our puppies are raised in our home. We have a Puppy Bedroom, which is for the NEW moms and puppies. Puppies are newspaper trained when they leave, and come with things like your copy of your Deposit and Sales contracts, Puppy kit, Nu-vet Pamphlet, Toys, etc. and a lifetime of support if you ever have questions (subject to change without notice depending upon what we can find for the puppy kits). If you email...and you don't get a response fast enough... Chances are we didn't get it! Be sure to put something in the subject line to be sure we do not erase it as SPAM MAIL. Please email us again and/or call us! We are never too busy to answer anything!! And when your looking for a breeder to purchase from, please do not listen to gossip or hearsay, GO SEE THE CONDITIONS AND DOGS YOURSELF!! Other people who don't care for dog breeders and even some dog breeders talk bad about each other. Some breeders, referred to as "Backyard Breeders", do not know anything about the breed and can not even answer your questions correctly or even care about where the pups end up. They just care about getting that sale and the money. Be Careful where you buy from...as you will get what you pay for, and sadly...that can possibly cost you a fortune! Also, do not buy from PET STORES. Pet stores can send you home with a puppy mill pup at high price...with no health guarantee from any breeder. What will happen if you have problem, and the pet stores is out of business? Again, be sure you know where you are buying from! Please check out our contracts. We have a contract for the non-refundable deposit. When you decide you want a puppy - you call us! When we have confirmed you are sending a deposit, your pick puppy will be placed ON HOLD for 3 days to allow your deposit and a signed Deposit Contract to arrive. We also have a contract for the final sale. We require our pups paid in full by 6 weeks of age to ensure we have enough time to get everything into your name. Be sure you include a signed Sales Contract in with your final payment in MONEY ORDER FORM ONLY made out to Elizabeth Gentry. This makes pick up easier and less time consuming as we will go over paperwork and not keep you away from your new puppy for long! |
